join our vital Audio/Video (A/V) Ministry Team

We are excited to extend an invitation to you to join our vital AV Ministry Team at CEH!

This ministry not only enhances our worship experiences in the Sanctuary and the Center but also extends our reach through online broadcasts, weddings, memorial services, and other special events.

Why Your Involvement Matters:

Sustainability: With the current team primarily consisting of our dedicated youth, we are in urgent need of adult volunteers to ensure the ministry's longevity. Your participation can provide continuity and depth to our operations.
Support and Training: We understand that technology can seem daunting, but we're here to help! Starting on January 12, 2025, we will offer comprehensive training every Sunday from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM. No prior experience is necessary; just a willingness to learn and support our community.
Operational Resilience: By having 4-6 adult volunteers, we can ensure that services run smoothly even if some team members are unavailable, providing a fail-safe for our Sunday services and special events.

Our A/V ministry has not only supported our church services but has also been a platform for educational growth. It has attracted non-church-going youth to our community and even led one of our members to start her own audio engineering company. Your involvement can help continue and expand this legacy of learning and service.

Roles Available

ProPresenter/Slides Operator: Manage the visuals during services.

Sanctuary Sound/Mixer: Control the audio to ensure clear sound for everyone.

Cameras/Broadcast Video: Capture and broadcast our services to the online community.

Broadcast Sound/Mixer: Manage sound for online streams.

Lighting: Set the mood and focus with lighting for different parts of our worship.

Note: Our approach involves cross-training all volunteers across these roles. This ensures that if one operator is unavailable, another can step in, maintaining the quality and flow of our services. You'll learn multiple aspects of A/V technology, enhancing your versatility and our team's resilience.
