Dear EHCP Families,
As the leaves begin to turn and the crispness of fall fills the air, we are thrilled to reconnect with you and your little ones. The beginning of this season is always a wonderful time to embrace fresh starts and new adventures.
As a reminder, we have typically required each family fulfill 2 volunteer hours per quarter (8 hours total over the course of a year). Any unfulfilled volunteer hours were billed at the end of the year.
Beginning this school year, parents will be required to fulfill 3 volunteer hours per semester (fall and spring) and 1 hour in the summer for a total of 7 volunteer hours over the course of the year.
Volunteer hours will be frontloaded, and you will see a charge of $140 on your September invoice. At the end of each semester, you will be credited $20 for every hour volunteer hour completed (up to a maximum total of $140).
Some volunteer opportunities are listed below, but please contact your teacher or Ms. Kay, as there always things you can help with!

Heading to Denver? We are looking for volunteers to take a car load of items that did not sell at our Back-to-School Sale to a Goodwill Donation Center (Golden has a great drive-up one). Please contact Mrs. Krissy!
Looking to be more involved with the school and get to know other parents? Join the PPC to talk fundraising, social media, out-of-school get togethers, parent involvement, etc.

Toddlers FT (4 days/week)
$1050 per month (approx. $64.60/day)
Toddlers PT (2 days/week)
$540 per month (approx. $70/day)
Preschoolers (ages 3 thru 5)
Preschoolers FT (4 days/week)
$875 per month (approx. $54.85/day)
Preschoolers PT (2 days/week)
$450 per month (approx. $58.40/day)
