To track your hours, fill out the binder in the foyer.
Parents will be required to fulfill 3 volunteer hours per semester (fall and spring) and1 hour in the summer for a total of 7 volunteer hours over the course of the year. Volunteer hours are frontloaded, and at the end of each semester, you will be credited $20 for every hour volunteer hour completed (up to a maximum total of $140).

Looking to be more involved with the school and get to know other parents? Join the Parent Committee to talk fundraising, social media, out-of-school get togethers, parent involvement, etc.
We meet bi-monthly via Zoom, typically on a Monday evening from 7-8pm (which also counts toward your volunteer hours) If you’d like to join, please contact Krissy Morrow at ehcppd@eternalhills.org
We will offer parent-teacher conferences once in late fall and once during the spring. Please keep an eye out for a sign-up sheet.
